My recipe is simple and convenient, because most of the natural ingredients you already have in your kitchen so you don&#8217;t even need to go out. Enjoy some quality time with your children, especially when it&#8217;s cold and rainy outside.  <em> They will be entertained for hours!  </em></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000080;"><strong><em>Storing tips</em>:</strong> store play-dough in a covered container or Ziploc bag. Tightly sealed, your play dough could last for a few months. If your play dough is slightly moist or wet add more flour and if it&#8217;s a little dry add water.  Remind your child that this not to be eaten or they will get a tummy ache!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 80%;"><span style="color: #000080;"><strong>保存方法などのヒント</strong>：　このプレイドウは、ふたのできる入れ物かジップロック・バックに入れて保存します。きっちり封をしておきましょう。このドウは２～３ヶ月は保存可能です。プレイドウが柔らかい場合には小麦粉を、硬い場合には水を加えて調整してください。お子さんには食べ物ではない事を事前にしっかりと教えてあげてください。もし口にした場合、害はないですがひどい味がしますから。</span></span></p>

1 teaspoons vegetable oil<br />
Food coloring<br />
1 1/2 cups flour<br />
1 tablespoon cornstarch or potato cornstarch</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000080;">In bowl, mix water, salt, oil, and enough food coloring to make a bright color.<br />

<p><span style="color: #000080;">Gradually add flour and cornstarch until the mixture reaches the consistency of bread dough.<br />

<p><strong><span style="color: #003300;">Ingredients：<strong>(6-8 servings)<br />

<p><span style="color: #003300;">1/4 cup butter<br />
3/4- 1 Tbs. salt ( I use koser or sea salt)<br />
1/2 tsp black pepper<br />
1 ½ cup onions, chopped<br />
2 cups milk, warmed (low fat or heavy cream can be substituted)<br />
2-3 cloves garlic, minced<br />
Red pepper flakes, a good pinch<br />
4 cups trimmed and cut tomatoes (or 2 cans diced tomatoes- if you use cans with salt added your salt ingredient gradually)<br />
1 ½  Tbs. sugar<br />
3 Tbs. uncooked rice<br />
2 cups water (chicken broth adds more flavor)<br />
1/4- ½ cup fresh chopped basil (about 2-3 tablespoons dried, add dried seasoning last)<br />
6 sliced of French bread, cubed oiled and toasted </span><br />
<span style="color: #003300;">Parmesan cheese, shredded</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>【材料】</strong>（６～８人分）<br />

・牛乳　４８０ｃｃ　温めておく (低脂肪牛乳や生クリームで代用可)<br />
・にんにく　2～3 かけ　みじん切りにしておく<br />
・レッド・ペパー・フレーク　ひとつまみ<br />
・皮をむき、種を取り除きカットしたトマト　２００ｃｃカップで４カップと１６０ｃｃ分 若しくは缶詰のカットトマト・２缶（缶詰によってはすでに塩が入っているものがあるので、必ず塩を加えるときは気をつけて入れてください)<br />
・砂糖　大さじ１<br />
・米（未調理のもの）大さじ３<br />
・水　４８０ｃｃ(チキンブイヨンを入れるとフレーバーが増します)<br />
・新鮮なバジルをきざんだもの　カップで６０ｃｃライン分 (乾燥バジルを使う場合は大さじ２～３、この場合は最後に加える。)<br />
・バゲット　５切れ、角切りにして、軽くオイルをかけトーストしておく<br />
・パルメザンチーズ　適量　おろしておく</span></span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: #000080;">I decided to <em>recycle</em> this blog because many of you did not get a chance to see this fun and inexpensive craft&#8230;plus a little more information about &#8221;Sports Day&#8221; &#8211; it&#8217;s really a big event for the kids!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;"><strong>Sports Day</strong> (体育の日, Taiiku no hi) is a national holiday in Japan, held every year second Monday in October.  However many schools plan this outdoor event (called &#8220;undokai&#8221;) in the month of  September because of  the cooler temperatures. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">This joyful event </span><span style="color: #000080;">is celebrated throughout the entire country and every child from K-12 grades take part in some sort of activity.   Kids get a chance to test their athletic skills and compete with each other in a variety of events!   Fun to watch and event for the entire family to enjoy!   Gambatte! (<em>Good Luck!)</em></span></p>

<p>In the heart of Yanai within the White Wall area is an interesting place to take your kids or friends visiting Japan for the first time.  Yanai Nishi-Gura is a spacious room that is filled with wooden pillars and high ceiling frames.</p>

アレン家では、水上スキーの体験レッスンに参加してきましたよ。子ども達はあっという間に自然に溶け込み、なじんでしまうからすごいわよね。もし、私が失敗する場面をご覧になりたい方がいらっしゃっるんじゃないかしら・・・。残念ながら、このサイトでのショート・クリップではありません（笑）　とっても楽しくて、エキサイティングな一日でした。もちろん子ども達にとっても最高な経験でしたよ！</span></span> </p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">For one of our travel segments, we went on a fun waterskiing adventure in Hiroshima.  Yasaka Dam is located less than an hour away from the air station.   The kids were naturals in the water and took to it right away. If you want to see me crash a few times, you&#8217;ll have to watch the whole segment on TV, but here&#8217;s a short clip for your entertainment. It was a really fun and exciting day and the kids had a wonderful experience!  You should try it!  </span></p>
