		<description>Oh, how I miss those tiny wonderful Japanese desserts!  Those delicate layers of fluffy cake with cloud-like frosting and that thin ribbon of jelly-like topping...yum.  I think it helps that they eat with chopsticks (smaller bites slow you down) and when they do use silverware, especially for desserts, it is often very small forks/spoons just the right size to savor every little bite.  Ahh, I miss Japan!</description>
