Seared Duck Breast with Roasted Romano Beans and Tomatoes, Bacon, & Sage

This was served next on our lunch menu and it was a nice surprise because I rarely order duck. Tender, flavorful, and absolutely delightful! Served with Artesa’s Tempranillo Reserve Alexander Valley 2005 – Bold with berries flavors, maybe hints of vanilla and smoke. Great combination!
