Dungeness Crab Salad with Avocado, Watermelon, & Papaya

First impressions are so important. This was our first dish to come out of the wine train’s kitchen, needless to say it was Oishii (delicious)! Wine served was the Artesa’s Chardonnay Reserve Carneros 2007. Light, multiple flavors of lemon, peach, tropical flavors, however I did taste a little spice, maybe even oak. Very nice.
